Application
Corotreat, Solid state Corona Treating system is used for Printing, Lamination, Coating and Adhesion application. The high efficient process improves adhesion of inks to various plastic films like LDPE, HM-HDPE, LLDP, PP, BOPP, Woven sack fabrics etc and impart better bonding strength to laminate like LDPE/BOPP, LDPE/Woven Sack fabrics etc.
Hi-Tech Design
Corotreat systems incorporate IGBT Technology for Higher Frequency operation which permits Electrodes to produce much higher density Corona Discharge. This results in better treating at lower power level and reducing power cost. Segmented Electrodes provide easy and simple operation to select Treating width of films. The use of Live Roller system gives better efficiency. Various Models for requirement of power level from 0.5 KVA to 10 KVA at high frequency range of 15 to 30KHZ are available.
Construction
Corotreat System are manufactured in totally Enclosed configuration providing utmost safety in operation. Treating rollers are having Silicone sleeves and Segmented Electrode assembly for easy operation. All Electrical and Electronics components are carefully selected pretested and individually matched to ensure smooth, trouble free performance.
Choice Of Models
Corotreat Systems are available for Treating Width from 50mm to 2000mm to have Customer's right choice. Treating systems for specialised application as per customer's specifications are manufactured to fulfill the various needs.
